TrendTube is a free service that aggregates and displays trending YouTube videos by country and category. All displayed content comes exclusively from the official YouTube Data v3 API.
3. Intellectual Property
Videos, thumbnails, titles, and metadata displayed on TrendTube are the property of YouTube and/or their respective creators. TrendTube is not affiliated with YouTube or Google LLC.
4. User Account
Account creation is optional. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. Any access to your account using your credentials is presumed to be made by you.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to attempt to circumvent API rate limits, not to automatically scrape the service, and not to use TrendTube for any illegal purpose or in violation of YouTube's terms of service.
6. Service Availability
TrendTube is provided "as is" with no guarantee of continuous availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
TrendTube shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
